Awhitu Regional Park is 90 kms (80 mins) from Auckland City. The region on the Awhitu peninsula, is rich in natural history, including regenerating wetlands with fernbirds, and the culturally significant Brook Homestead.  APS members spent a weekend capturing this stunning location.
