| 20 | Bokeh and Open Competition“Each image should be judged based on its overall merit, with emphasis placed on the contribution that bokeh makes to the image. Images may be on any topic and may be of an abstract character, but the image must include bokeh as a significant element contributing to the composition of the overall image.
